I love the sound the Catalinbread Formula No 5 makes in this video

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent PCB of this I can buy/etch?

I've only got Internet access on my phone at the moment and searching round the forums for a good clone on a mobile is difficult. Any help would be appreciated!
