anyone know a good source of lt1054 please
i thought i had some but instead i have tc1044spca sheesh

Edit
I found some on bitsbox (not affiated)
do you guys think £2.60 +pp (I guess around $3.5) Is a fair price?

Except the lt1054 and off board wiring and zener diode the board is now populated.
I'm getting excited.

1/2W is fine for the zener.

16V is fine for a cap that will never see more than +9V/0V. Remember to check the schematic for stuff like that if you're not sure -- usually you can get a good sense of the max voltage swing the cap sees.

$3.50 is a little high for LT1054s, but only by a dollar or so. If you just need a couple, it might be worth it if the shipping is low enough.

Thanks Jon
I figured the cap would be ok from looking at the schematic I just wanted some confirmation as usual. I like to ask just in case there's something I'm missing.
I also figured that the 1/2w Zener would be fine seeing as it's only a stomp box and is unlikely to have more than that kinda power anywhere in the circuit.
Cheers I'll go ahead and get me some.
I'm so looking forward to finishing this. I guess I'll just have to wait for the charge pump  and on on on switch, after I do the off board wiring tonight.
Appreciate the affirmation

Wow very impressed with this one.
I've just finished it.
Total joy.
Thanks Madbean.
