I want to design my own Kingslayer 2 PCB, but instead of using 1 quad op amp, I want to use 2 dual op amps, so I can experiment with different models
Do I need to change the power supply provided in the schematic? Or it will work using two dual opamps instead of 1 quad?

It will work just fine. Each opamp will be connected to where the 074 gets power.
