I just finish this, and sounds great, I changed the R46 and it improves alot. but the max speed is not as fast as I'd like, so any of you guy have a suggestion for this?

There are two resistors in series with the gangs of the speed pot. You can lower them some to increase the speed. 2.2K is about the lowest you can possibly go.
You can also change the ring of 2u2 caps to something smaller, e.g. 1u5 or 1u.
Both ways change the RANGE of speed. You cannot increase the total possible range of speed without the oscillator crapping out at one end or the other. There is also an upper limit to how fast and how slow the oscillator can ever be set to go.
