Title: Question about trim-pots
Post by: HailToTheBlues on June 29, 2014, 12:54:48 AM
Hi guys,
A quick question, musikding doesn't sell any 25k or 250k 1/4 trimpots, so i wanted to ask if this models would fit into an hipster project or a smoothie project (i'm seriosly doubting that).

I'm guessing any of those would work even if you had to reshape the legs a little. It seems like I see people use the ones at the top in the link you posted so I would go with those. Better yet, buy one of each and use the one that works best. then you know what to buy going forward...

I've used the round black&white ones from your link in my NoMojo Fuzz (see the recent build report for pics), because of the same reason. The work fine instead of the square blue ones (3362P).

Did you used the 10mm or the 5mm (mini)?

It should have been the 5mm pot if I remember right. 10mm sounds way too big anyways.
