Here's a little Ibanez SD-9 clone I whipped up late last year. Just got around to building it this weekend. I took the suggestions of duhvoodooman and guitarmageddon and utilized the unused half of the op-amp for a little volume recovery. I'm not sure if I did any of the other mods they suggested as it's been about 8 months since I did the PCB layout and I'm not always good about making notes. But I'm thinking everything is stock values.

Top notch. It even looks roomy inside. :o
Love the aesthetic, too. Looks like a workhorse of a box.
Great build, Chuck. :)
What is your opinion on the tone of the circuit?
This is awesome! Didn't know what an sd9 is, but I do now...!
Are those board mounted pots? Killer graphics for those knobs. And another great layout!
Thanks fellas. I also added a couple wire pads for extra clipping options, which I did not use.

What is your opinion on the tone of the circuit?
I would say it's pretty much a classic overdrive/distortion but with less mids. Maybe a bit more dirt then most.

They are just 9mm pots attached with some vero and wire.
