Title: Sunking 560R resistors
Post by: AntKnee on July 03, 2014, 07:56:23 PM
I don't have any 560R, can I use a 470 instead?

I was going to ask a similar question, but for the values 422K (use 430K instead) & 392K (use 390K instead). Some of those values have been hard to come by on Tayda & small bear  :-\

All of the above are fine for subs.

I'd probably put two 1k in parallel. With some tolerance luck, you might actually get it spot on 560R.

Sweet! Thanks man. Also I saw in another post about the Sunking that said it was alright to sub this:

for the ICL7660SCPA? Was I reading that correctly? Thanks so much for the help. I'm super excited to get this build going!

Thanks!
I could do the series or parallel thing, but just wanted to keep it neat. I have 470R and 100R, so I could have done a series and had 570, and probably been within tolerance of 560.
