I think the JMK big bass drive is a clone of the blueberry?

There's a hotcake overdrive that you can build to bluesberry specs. I've done that one, is it the same? it's tiny with only a few pieces.

Jimi, If I remember right the bluesberry mod was to help with the crackaly note decay. I think it was accomplished by adding a few diodes to 2 pins of the IC. I could be way off base here.

I thought it was to give it a different sound, there were a few different ways to build that one. I dont know what the differences were though.

I was looking at that project and it looks like there are things missing, or there are extra pads laying around the board. Tough call...but, perhaps I'll give it a try.
