It's fuzzy. It's classic. It's the fOXX tone machine. This one is based off the Black Horse Effects pcb I picked up in the B/S/T section a while back. I had to modify the board-mounted pots in order to mount them on the side, but there was just something about setting it up the original way that I had to do. I've never had a chance to try one of these (originals are of course $$$), but it is one of the most versatile fuzz pedals I've used. If you like fuzz, I would recommend this build.

On my phone, what's on the box? Looks cool. No guts no glory though
Ha! It is fuzzy!
Great homage to the original, yet still fresh and modern looking. Very cool 8)
Finally put the gut shot up, kind of pointless without that. The covering is just some self-adhesive felt that came in an 8x11 sheet from Hobby Lobby. It's actually pretty flexible once you remove the paper backing.
That looks really good. I like the wiring, too.
That's pretty cool. I need to have a go at covering a pedal with fur. Maybe have a muppet themed animal pedal...
That's a really awesome take on the original style. Nice work.
Very nice work. I agree it's a beast of a fuzz and very versatile
That's looks so good it's ridiculous!! Holy smokes Batman! Nice job. I have one of these PCB's to build; now I might just need some felt. Inspirational.
Oh wow! Digging how you mounted the board to the pots... My kind of thing.
Just got à board in my MB order, Will finally have one for me!
This is too cool! I love the FTM. It's the best fuzz for cutting through a mix IMO. Great job with the whole thing!
I use those same batteries.
mega nice work, outstanding
