Title: Moodring white noise
Post by: anekdote on September 10, 2014, 10:26:33 PM
Hello,
I built a moodring reverb pedal. It sounds great but has quite amount of white noise.
There is no white noise when mix knob all the way down, which suggest the noise came from reverb or delay stage.
Noise from belton brick? or from PT delay?
Let me know if you have any experience or suggestions.

Thanks!

I'd start by trying a different PT2399. This is a pretty common issue with them.

I agree with this also, I built a Cave Dweller just to test PTs since they can be so flaky at times.
