Title: What happened to veroboard?
Post by: zilla on September 16, 2014, 02:04:34 PM
i used to be able to find large (4"x8", 5"x10", etc) veroboard brand veroboard on ebay but they seem to have all disappeared... even veroboard.com seems fishy.

did they go bankrupt?

Can anyone here suggest a source for at least 4" x 8" 0.1" pitch vero?

I've got some fairly ginormous veroboard laying around that I probably won't use much (since I'm spoiled by fabbed boards :) ). If you're in the US, I'd be happy to pif. Shoot me a pm.

I'd bought from veroboard canada in the past as well, they were great then, unable to get there so far today.

I am assuming you mean http://www.veroboard.com (http://www.veroboard.com).

Yeah, the site is down right now.

Andrew.

I've probably got a spare 4" X 8" sheet kicking around if you need it.  Ironically enough, I order my veroboard from Banzai

I liked it when I lived in Germany, and truthfully it's cheaper to ship from them than from the States or even within Canada (a 1 kg order costs 10 Euros to ship).
