Title: Tim overdrive
Post by: luks999 on October 23, 2014, 11:32:53 AM
I searched the forum for this, but didnt found any threads...

Currently i dont know of any PCBs offered for the tim/timmy OD

the schematic has some similiarities with a TS, nevertheless according to some guys it has a own sound.

i found this:
http://revolutiondeux.blogspot.co.at/2008/05/wanna-build-timmy-overdrive.html

i think it would be a nice addition to the mb-projects  ;)
i dont know if its worth building, but sounds interesting though and the demos sound sweet ;)

according to what ive read the overdrive section of the TIM is the same as in the timmy

now the tim also has a boost section, and a send return

dont know what the send / return does.
BUT: the tim overdrive is (i think) very similar to the AMP11 from lovepedal

so i guess when you build a timmy with the boost section of the AMP11 you should get a TIM ;)
