Title: Glitterratti Jumper Question
Post by: insomniac2295 on May 12, 2011, 03:11:41 AM
Hey, first time poster. I'm building the Glitterratti (manufactured version) and notice that there are some extra holes in the board by C4 and C11. Am I supposed to put a jumper here?

Those are PCB vias. You can just leave them as is. They connect the top and bottom layers where there are no component pads.

Thanks! Also, I can't find any 19K resistors. Would 19.1K work for R10?

I would use it in your shoes. It's a little outside 5% tolerance, so see if you can measure all the 18K resistors and use one that's 18.3-18.5. That would get you closer.

Yes that's well within the 1% tolerance mark, very good to use.

If you want to get real DIY, take a 20k and an Xacto knife and scrape some material off the resistor body.
