Those limited runs must have been really limited.
I will never know the pleasure of lasering a wolf.
:'(
Sure you will. These are just leftover prototype PCBs sold at a discount. The real thing will come soon enough, believe me. I put in a ton of work on the Laserwolf so it will be back in quantity as soon as I can afford to run a batch.
Alas!!! There is hope, then.
Thank you, sir.
Just out of curiosity, how long did it take to sell out?
About 9 minutes.

To prevent heart attacks, you could think about just saying in advance that you have some pre-production protos at a discount, instead of announcing a big sale of limited editions. I'm sure a lot of people were disappointed today before you clarified this now, thinking rare one-offs were gone forever.
That way, people who really really want to build one can get their hands on these projects, and others can wait and decide.
That said, I got lucky today. Bought a Dirtbaby because of above reasons, although I'm not even much of a delay guy. Had I known I'd have let someone else have it.
I never said they were limited editions, Tremster. I thought I was pretty clear about this the whole way through. :-\ But, perhaps a different choice of language is necessary in the future.
I somehow thought they would be, my bad, sorry. But no worries, everyone is happy now that we know that these will be available again.
fwiw, it was clear for me what was going on

Well, if anyone got that impression it is a failure of communication on my part so thank you for speaking up. I do appreciate the feedback. Going forward I'll be more exact in my descriptions in the Short Run stuff including whether or not they will be in stock
fully at some point. And really, some "limited editions" are likely in the future for some projects...like a run of 50 once or twice a year. I'll never be able to fund ALL the projects I want to do and keep them permanently in stock cause there are a lot still coming!
