Hi all.
I built this delay, but the signal is dry without any delay. I draw the schematic in eagle and i etched the pcb.
I checked all thing, but i can't find any trouble. The voltages seems right.

Can you help me?

those are good news but man its a really big pcb dela, still nothing taste better than your own layout
