Saw it when it premiered. I was about 7. I was so starved for Star Wars it was really exciting. I can still feel that little boy thrill when I hear the brass intro of the Star Wars theme.

It's just dreadful. Bea Arthur and Art Carney in Star Wars pic? No thanks.

So far Art Carney is better in it than Mark Hamill.

I'm actually watching a version with commentary by the MST3000 guys. It's pretty funny. Still creepy.

I started watching it a year ago. Haven't gotten around to finishing. I do miss Droids and Ewoks though. So bad, but so good.
