First, sorry for my english, i'll try to make myself understandable.
I've try to make a pork barrel, but it's not really work >:(
I was a little silly and i made a mistake, i made some wrong wiring between the 3PDT and the jack... And of course it didn't work.
There's only bypass with no diode or anything. The only thing that happens is when i switch the vibe spdt, it's cut any sound. Now i'm sure of the wiring, exept for the SPDT maybe.
I think it's an error on the PCB, or i hope i haven't burn my setup.
I can post some pciture tomorow.

I can tell you there's nothing wrong with the PCB. It is a verified layout. Unfortunately, this means you've made a mistake somewhere.
I recommend that you do the following things:
verify that all the parts are correct values
verify that all the parts are in the right way
verify that your wiring is correct
After that, check it all again. If it's still not working, taking some voltages and posting pictures would be helpful for us.
