Title: Help identifying diode, marked DJ 025 T
Post by: DuctTapeRiot on January 28, 2015, 03:43:25 AM
Can anyone help me identify these diodes. Got them ages ago, used them in a Klone, and I am pretty sure they are either 1n270 or 1n34a.  They are marked DJ 025 T.

Hi Dave,
What's the forward voltage on these diodes?

Steve.

Hmm, the only 1N34As and 1N270s that I have seen have been marked with their part number, or not at all. Never seen one like that. Is it possible that it's not what the seller you got it from said it was?

DJ025 is a 1N270 work-alike/equivalent part.

Fantastic, thanks Jon, really appreciate it!
