Title: Passing on my genetic defect
Post by: Rich_S on June 15, 2010, 06:21:31 PM
I've been out of town on business for three weeks.  The other day, I recieved the following in an e-mail from my 13-year-old, bass-playing son:

"...a couple of my friends and I started a band.  And Alec (our guitarist) doesn't have any pedals. Do you think we could make a distortion pedal for him? "

Hahahahaha!   First band, and it's not "What songs will we play?", it's "What kind of pedals can we use?"

that's awesome! mine is just the opposite. my dad emailed me asking if i could build him some pedals because he wants some better tone than he's getting right now! this is why i love this stuff!!!

This makes me laugh, and reminds me of when I was 13. I had a TS5...
