Post by: flanagan0718 on February 23, 2015, 03:34:07 AM
Hello everyone,
I am looking for an 8 bit 1 knob fuzz. I need it to fit into a 1590A. Anyone got a fabbed or etchable project? Thanks all.

I find it hard to believe no one's done one...Maybe broaden the post to a 1590B?

Maybe this would work for your needs.

I have not tried it but here is the forum link for it.

Mr. Mike,

That project Cody mentioned is the PCB I sent you a while back.

Here are a couple of my recommendations.
Not sure how fuzzy you want, but I really liked the Hysteresis Oscillator

Didn't need a volume knob

I also liked the Crash Sync. Very fuzzy, synthy, almost, but not quite like an Ugly Face. Definitely needs a volume knob.

BIG fan of the Tim Escobedo PWM.

A few other options:

Oh yeah! I'll have to get that thing up and going. I saw the "Paulinthelab" layout late last night, looked pretty interesting.
Thanks for the help guys!

Can do it with 4 knobs. A Wolf Computer is tiny.
