Title: Looper Uses?
Post by: thesameage on February 23, 2015, 03:16:35 PM
I have a ditto on the way. Looking forward to it! I plan to use it more for practice and writing than for performance. This is my first looper, though. Any tips or suggestions on uses that I might not have thought of?

I primarly use mine to test pedals and change components on the fly to tweak circuits and of course, crap clips.

Oh yeah... remember that from your demos. Great use of the thing... I like how you use it to really explore the controls on pedals. Seems really useful for that.

Definitely useful for debugging circuits :)

Tip for seemless loops: Don't start recording right away, but play a few bars first, then step on the pedal. When you press the pedal to stop recording, keep playing the riff/progression for a fraction of a beat longer than your loop. Works especially well with chords.
