is it possible to use a mn3207 with a mn3101 for the prk barrel?

Yes... but honestly it's not worth the hassle, sure if you ask in the parts jar someone will have a V3102 or BL3102 spare.

But if you're set on it, if you search I helped someone do this before I recall.
