hey i ha manage to get my bypass without pops, but now im getting lower volumen, even below unity, on my booster SHO, even at max, i cant get more than unity, and the afterlife at max volume its below unity, im using rullywow Detour, could it be my led resistor option? had used a 3.3k one...
any other idea?
PCBs without optical bypass have amazing volume

when the siwthc its "ON"(led turns on) resistance its infinite, and on bypass resistance its infinite too
also what caught my attentions its that when the fx its "ON" resistance for pcb out and jack out are 0.3ohm, and input pcb and input jack are infinite... that doesnt seem tobe ok, and on the detour schematic fx in and jack in are connected by the mosfet relay... so that may the problem, or that why i think... its a bad IC??
also pin 1 and 2 shows led continuity so its not a broken led, internal IC led should be ok... im not so sure what going on
Does your indicator LED come on?
What color LED are you using? What is the value of the CLR you used?
If you used a red/orange/yellow/green LED and a CLR no higher than 4.7K and your indicator LED comes on, there may be something wrong internally with the chip so you should try replacing it.

yes led come one its a water clear green, im using in SHO 3.3k and on afterlife 2.2K, but there are two of the with the same problem... maybe i just blow the mosfet stage(3,4 pins) when soldering, but still the relay show input signal where low but it comes out, i have two spare tlp222 so im going to try when i get home
You need to measure the resistance of those legs out of the circuit. Just like measuring a resistor. I don't know what optocoupler he uses for his but pull one pin out if you have it socketed when measuring.

It's a series resistor with nothing in parallel. You should be able to measure it without desoldering. You have to anyway, otherwise you can't turn it on (or you could hook up just the LED side on a breadboard. Check the datasheet to make sure you have the pins right.

i got it this way, since i took mi multimeter and meassure diode on pin 1 and 2, and diode its ok.
