Title: Moogerfooger 104m super delay repair
Post by: klonisgayjplay on March 24, 2015, 07:22:04 AM
So I've recently become curious about the mn3005 chip and wanted to see if my moogerfooger 104msd sported these chips. It has 6 of them from what I can see! So while pulling it apart I broke the shaft of the mix potentiometer. The shaft of the potentiometer slides out from it's body. My question is with a delay like this, if I just replace the potentiometer will it need anymore work or biasing? Has anyone worked on these? I just wonder what I should be careful of. Thanks guys.

I seriously doubt it. However, I would measure several 100k pots and pick the one that comes closest to an actual 100k. That will directly affect the maximum delay you get.
