sounds good. This is a rather small circuit. Perfect time for you to learn Eagle and make your own layout. :)
It's addicting, though. You have been warned.
it's in my layout list. Bosstone circuits are fun :)
Bosstone with a 100K voltage sag pot, eh?
Gosh, that looks familiar ... http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=70080.0
(I used my build of Alex Frias's pedal as part of the horn section in one of my February recordings.)

This one was designed by Paul Trombetta I think.. and their fuzzes have a trumpety sound similar to Alex's.

Oh, I didn't know Paul actually designed it for them, I just assumed they jacked his or Alex's design (because they do that sort of thing). I did know that the Bone fuzzes were based on the Bosstone, and he and Alex developed them independently. The FSB thread has some interesting comments from Paul Trombetta about his problems selling people something based on the Bosstone.
Here's my verified layout. Good sounding Bosstone derivative.

Just laid it out and built it one-sided and it sounds pretty interesting. I left out the boost switch (just a secondary volume control) to keep it more simple. Seems the output is a little low on mine, but a boost after helped a lot.
Looks like Paul may have offered some mods over at Tagboard. Pretty interesting sounding though. It's got a pretty wide range.
