Title: In a galaxy near you...
Post by: GrindCustoms on April 30, 2015, 10:55:27 AM
Stomptown most excellent GalacticonDX, best sounding Phase45 i've built so far, thought the blend would not be so usefull since this phaser is more subtle but it's indeed a great addition, filter switch is also great.

It couldn't get any neater!  I'm setting a goal to do that at least once in my life...

Looks great Rej.  All of those top soldered resistors make me drool!! It looks like you wired the rate LED to be always on?  Good thinking! I should add a jumper pad to make that an easier option on the next batch.

This and your Kraken -> probably my favourite finishes ever.

Jon's layout are awesome btw. I'm waiting for some resistors and caps too arrive from Paul to finish this one.

Love the burnt orange color. The insides are so damn clean. Great job.

Thanks mate :)

It's a very nice layout you have there, very easy to put well together. I've linked the SW pad to the GND of the 100uF cap at its left, just having a GND pad beside the SW would do the trick very well.

Got to grab some more of your boards now!  ;D

Super clean build and I absolutely LOVE the PCB layout.  Tidy.  Looks like effective use of 3M8124 ribbon cable too :)

Killin it all the way around.

Wow that's clean!! I have one of these ready to box. I can't wait. You should make a water slide of that gut shot and slap it on the front!

Haha nice idea! I think it would be better to throw that waterslide on a box with a rats nest inside.

Thanks Ben, yeah that was a sample of ribbon i got to try out, cool stuff... but got other stuff that will likely work better on it's way.
