Title: Is there a simple circuit I can build to test a mn3005?
Post by: jimmybjj on July 06, 2011, 02:15:20 PM
I wasnt able to get in on the gtr2 sale and resorted to buyng from an unknown source.  I bought these for the "dirt bag" delay and that isn't out yet I need some way to test these before my "grace period" runs out. Short of building the aquaboy is there a simpler way to test these? Thanks for any help.

Not really...  Plugging it into a known working delay is pretty much the easiest way to verify.  I believe you could set up the appropriate supply/bias and pulse a signal through the device and observe the input verse output with a triggered oscilloscope.  That would be much more complicated.  If worse comes to worse you can ship them out and I'll throw them in my aquaboy.  Then I'll ship em back, I promise  ;D

Thanks Josh, I might take you up on that offer.
