This pedal is more about the programming on the ATMEL than the hardware under the hood. Not sure if you are posting this because you are looking to build something like this. You may want to look at some of the Arduino projects that are floating around for time control.

...and I like it because it has a display (contrary to the Delaytion for instance), and it should be able to control any pedal that has an external momentary tap input. Still, modulation rate & depth can't be controlled.

Nice, but just some friendly advice, you really need to ditch autorouter and use copper fills if you're sharing digital stuff with BBDs/analog on the same board so close to each-other. You're going to have noise issues otherwise. Especially if you aren't using companders (like the NE570), or have any filtering (I don't see any).
