I'm using the 'Buffered' wiring, voltages on the ICs look approximate, however the green LED lights up intermittently when measuring around pin 3 and 4 on IC1, is it supposed to remain on in a functional build?
I'm also using 5mm red LEDs, not sure if that could contribute to the issue. Any other places I should be looking?

do you mean 5mm instead of the 3mm red Leds in the circuit? When you bypass the footswitch and connect the kill switch wires is it all g?
