Hello! (first post) :o
I am just about to start building an Aristocrat and am intending to put the controls for the dip switches (and possibly the trim pots) on the chassis.
Obviously I can do the dips with 2 individual switches per side (4 in total) but is it possible to wire a single switch to achieve the three modes and therefore only using 1 switch per side? This is how the AM KOT toggle mod comes, I believe..
Also apart from space and the extra part count, is there any good reason not to mount the Presence control externally (using a B50k rather than an A50k I presume)?
Finally, has anybody used or know where to get the small plastic shafted mini pots as used on the Lovepedal AMP 11 for Bass and Tone?

You can download the PDF doc for the single channel Aristocrat (the name is escaping me, but it's on the projects page). It has the wiring for one dpdt to control the dip switch functions.
The presence can be wired up just like a normal pot. I actually plan to do both of these things on my build as well. I'm not sure about the mini pots, but someone else should be able to chime in. Hope that helps :)

I used a dual gang 50k for a global presence control mounted on the outside. I don't remember but I think its a 50kB. Just posted pics in the build reports.
