Hi,Im new to schematics and i was wondering what ;VC and VB ,mean on the schematic drawings.

Simply put, they're voltage reference markers.

Sometimes, VA is used right after [Voltage In then diode or resistor].  Sometimes, VA is after a voltage divider.  Sometimes, it just means +5V after a voltage regulator.
