Title: phaser trimmer
Post by: Arjepsen on October 08, 2016, 05:18:23 PM
Hey.
I'm building a laserwolf, and the phaser part is asking for a 250k trimmer.
I'd like to use a multiturn precision, since I remember reading some posts about people finding that the effect was working on a quite narrow setting of the trimmer.
However, I can only find 220k precision trimmers... would there be any problem or difference in sound, by using a 220k instead of the listed 250k?
(the trimmer is working as a voltage divider - not just as a variable resistor).
Regards
Anders

seems like 220k should work fine, a wide range of values would work.

weird value for a trimmer tho.
