I'm super proud. Big thanks to Brian for all his help, guidance and most of all patience ;D These are for my own personal use, i do not plan on selling any fabbed boards on a regular basis. I might throw a couple on the "For Sale" forum every once in a while. A couple of small cosmetic goofs but all in all they came out great. From left to right; Mictesters really cheap compressor, buffered klon buffer, orange squeezer, Klon dual buffer or buffered splitter. All of which fit into a 1590a.

very cool. If you don't mind me asking. how much does a run like that cost? I might be interested in getting some projects I've been tinkering with together.
Its not expensive, $5 sq inch.
Check out dorkbot or batch pcb.
Beautiful!
I like to see advancement like this. I'll have to keep my eyes open to snag a few when you offer them. :)
just a couple of completed board pics.

Quite tidy! Great job.
dorkbot is a great service.
I would love a Mictester Cheap compressor pcb if you ever decide to let one go.
These layouts are very well thought out. Congratulations! I just sent off a stupid number of layouts to Laen yesterday. It's like Xmas every two weeks!
they look fantastic, really well done!
very elegant design.
Thanks for the compliments guys.

I have to take another stab at that one ??? I had the opamp flipped on the schematic and didn't notice it on the layout. ::)

you! you're the one hogging all the panel space!
jk. I'm hopefully going to participate in the medium run service.
I have a bunch of schems I have to verify, then I'm jumping in on that thing too! Never done a two sided before...
Jacob
how big are the two larger boards, ~2 sq in?

the largest one is about 2.5 sq in
This forum is epic; I never realised there were services available like this ;D.
I think I am going to have a go at a few designs and get some boards fabbed.
Might do my own buffer board and a few others.
anyone looking for a compressor should really check out this circuit. Gets really squishy.

That's cool man... love the tiny boards!
This is awesome. At some point we plan to make a board for the boobtube (just downloaded eagle and trying to get my noodle around it) with the eventual result being a fabbed board for it with board mounted tube socket, jacks and pots to make assembly of it as simple as possible.
You're an inspiration!

I really appreciate the compliments. Let me know if I can help. I won't be much help on the electronics portion (although I think you guys have got that part down :) but I might be able to on the layout.

That would be awesome. I'd definitely have to pick one of those up.

Me too! ;D
Just put my order in for my first designs with Laen.
SHO circuit, Klone Buffer and a JFET Buffer/Splitter.
Hopefully they all work!
If they do I'm gonna move on to more ambitious designs.

Congrats, it's is a really great feeling when your first boards fire up.
Super hard on

Nice and super neat. I like that.

Ah I love the tiny layout!!
Still playing with different ideas. I saw an idea similar to this in another thread and thought i would try it. No switch wiring aside from input and output, no led wiring either if you are good at drilling :) What a time saver boards like this could be.

Dude that looks SOOOOO amazing and easy. Great job, it turned out great. That is a massive time saver. I guess it makes sense with the board so small you aren't paying that much more to include that into the design of it.
Badass man.
Epic Jim! I admire you guys who can use eagle so well and design these... it does my head in!
thanks guys, i like this one alot.
