Title: Weener Wah Debug Help...

I'm checking over the wiring and it looks alright...

When plugged in, their is a barely audible signal. I can hear some wah happening but its not very good....

Its hard to tell exactly, but it looks like your audio in wire is connected to your ground lug from the board to the audio input jack.

What transistors are those? Are they BC10x? You might have them backwards.

Hard to tell but your switch wiring seems incorrect.

Jimi is right. Your output jack is hooked up the wrong way. your signal is wired to the sleeve instead of the tip.

That's why my can BC109s weren't very loud, always check and double check your pin outs kids. Sorry to hijack, as you were.
