I wired up my Glam pedal and I have a chorused sound, but a volume drop when the effect is on. The pulsing LED works, but there isn't a light showing on the on/off LED when it is on.
Q1 seems the farthest off- read left to right across the flat side it reads 2.64, 2.50, 2.50
REG left to right across the flat side 9.09, 0, 4.96

Also, I don't think your board will fit in a 1590G, in case that's what you had planned. The caps are too tall, and you socketed your IC.
Excellent! Thanks for the link to the other thread. This is going into a 6 in 1 build for a friend's son that is going into the biggest enclosure I've ever seen, so I've got plenty of room.
Did you adjust the trimmer to get 6v at the test pad?
Yes, I was able to get it dialed to 6 where it sounded great, just much, much lower volume. I'll try swapping out the resistor this evening.

Good luck. Sorry, I didn't notice the existing thread about the issue. I just got mine working the other day and volume is spot on. Lucky me I guess. :)
