Title: Liquid Mercury Plastic Screws and Spacers?
Post by: kinski on January 13, 2017, 01:49:53 AM
Can someone send a link to the plastic screws and spacers needed for Rolo's Liquid Mercury? I check my local hardware stores and don't see anything even close. Thanks!

Not sure of the particulars but you can get all kinds of the small nylon hardware through Digikey or Mouser.

You can get them at Small Bear (http://smallbear-electronics.mybigcommerce.com/search.php?search_query=nylon&x=0&y=0) or Mouser (http://www.mouser.com/Electromechanical/Hardware/Screws-Fasteners/_/N-a61y3?P=1yzvhhpZ1z0z2i2&Keyword=nylon+screws&FS=True).

I used regular metal screws and only used insulating washers.

I get them at my local Ace Hardware.  I'm building up the Twin Peaks Tremolo right now; I'll post a picture of what I purchase.

Ah, good to know! There is an Ace Hardware nearby. Let me know what you find. I can swing by there for sure.
