Title: Loophole and quadrovibe question

I have a stash of 7805's that i suspect to be funky.  I picked up a giant 1 amp job from radio shack tonight, but this should be ok for the loophole?

Secondly, for the quad, I was planning on using a B100k dual gange until I can get my hands on a 1OOKc, I take it this will function, just be bunched up?

Yes the pot will work. Not sure about the regulator - have you got a pic?

the reg will work fine but you may have to drill the holes in the pcb bigger
