Grind Customs Ultra78, which is an ICBM with the tone bits from an Ultrastoner essentially. A surprisingly versitile thing!

Also looks like a bit of grindage to the board corners to get the knobs where you wanted them. Didn't notice that on first look.

It's actually what the guy I made it for wanted on there. I initially thought it'd be too busy and tried to steer him away from it. But I've gotta say he was right, looks great.

Most of Grind's boards are set up for 125Bs and are awkward to get into the Camden Boss (sub 1590B size) boxes that I use. Hence we ended up doing a load of Camden Boss friendly layouts with Jason for stuff we build a lot of.
The specs of dust and the mids knob not being straight are messing with my OCD...

And I'm very intrigued by the Ultra 78. I've been wanting to build an IC muff for some time, maybe that could be the one. :)
