I bought my ICs off of Ebay and I'm pretty sure this is where I messed up.
It works fine but the modulation is fast, as in ring mod fast.
I have changed C30 to 1.47uf and it has slowed down into usable territory, but this is a much larger value than the stock 100n. There is some bass loss, but I don't know if this is inherent in the circuit.
Has anyone else dealt with this or have any opinion on whether or not I have been burned?

Bass loss is normal.

Have you checked all your LFO component values? (R31-36 & Rate Pot) Modulation suggest the 3007 & 3101 are working.

I'll go back and do that. My free days are coming up (and I havent had the courage to take it out of the box yet). Thanks for the suggestions! I'll let you know how things transpire
