Here are the two newest VFE builds. Super simple builds, great sounds coming out of them.

And this is something I've wanted to make for a while, a BBD Chorus in a 1590A enclosure. This is a version of the zombie chorus, converted from PCB to perf. It just fits :) I had some issues with some ticking, but I added some shielded cable to the inputs and outputs and that took care of the issue.

All look really good. You got a bundle in the 1590A. You guys that build in those have mega respect from me.
Just a note, but I thought you were only meant to use 1 low ESR elec. cap on the switching board for the choral reef.

(also, shark in a fishbowl, ha!)
Can't wait for the rest of my parts to arrive. They seem to be getting here in order of cheapest shipping first. Arrow (free) got here in 2 days, Mammoth in 3, Smallbear today, Mouser Saturday, and Tayda some time next week.
Great builds, and huge knobs ;D. The VFE builds look pretty intimidating in terms of component number and tightness of fit ... Been hesitating to try those (plus the hassle of getting all the components here in Europe). Shoe-horning a BBD chorus into a 1590A is total madness ... hats off!
Slick! That 1590A is scary. I like the choral reef color scheme.
