Title: Noisy Power supply. What to do?
Post by: pietro_moog on September 27, 2017, 12:11:19 AM
Hi guys. My pedalboard is almost finished, so i bought a new 9v power supply. I thought it was good considering the price, but actually it is so noisy that is almost unusable.
What can i do? What about a box with a regulator and some filtering, would that do anything?

What's your chain? Some digital pedals introduce noise.

Just a few fuzzes and overdrives, + wah, phase 90, electric mistress, small clone.
I tried the superfuzz alone and i had a fixed-pitch modulating tone. With my old Boss PS everything was dead quiet.
