Title: Stereo Mistress?
Post by: JC103 on September 28, 2017, 05:18:24 AM
Just thinking out loud, but considering the original w/SAD1024 had two delay lines (I think that's what they're called) in parallel... could a stereo (dual mono) Mistress be built using the MN3007 Current Lover? Can the controls be ganged? I just finished setting up a stereo rig and started to wonder what a stereo flanger would sound like.

Check it out at 36:30ish

Brown Face Fender Super w/harmonic tremelo and another trem on a second amp in stereo.

I'll try my two C.Lovers in paralllel next weekend and see what happens.

You need two delay lines per flanger. Flanging is created by the comb filtering effect generated when you alter the delay time between two mixed signals. As the delay time changes, different frequencies cancel at any given time.
