I don't understand why it says can't ship to USA, didn't they get it from there. I thought thomann was even a drop shipper so that would make even less sense.
Edit: Looks like there is/was a whole line of these... The S Series. How did I miss that?

The very low price (typical is $600 for these) and the oddball shipping restrictions all scream of some kind of scam (undisclosed B-stock most likely?)
Methinks the color is reason enough for that incredibly low price. Man does it hurt the eyes.

CITIES is a PITA for resellers. I'm guessing it *could* be shipped to the US, but Thomann doesn't want to deal with the paperwork.
But that's just a guess.
