Hi, I built the total recall and biased the chips fine, the delay is working great. But there is no modulation. I've done all the normal first troubleshooting steps - voltages check out well, I don't see any bad solder joints. But there is no modulation. Can anyone give me some tips of particular sections / parts of the circuit to investigate further?
