Is there anyone that is making custom enclosures and printing that will actually return emails and phone call reasonable in price? Seems several companies are having a hard time finding reliable people that do this.

I think it's an expensive service for one offs and it's just not worth it for companies. If it was then there would be plenty of companies doing it.
