#1 bought some j201 on ebay, transistor tester shows "gds" pinout, is this an issue on fatpants build?
#2 bought j201 smd & convertor boards from tayda, transistor tester shows "bjt" is this an issue on fatpants build?

#1 sounds like fake / mislabeled part
#2 is normal if you're using one of the budget transistor analyzers from Amazon/AliExpress/China, I have some of these and they identify correctly on my DCA75.

happen to me
jfet detected as bjt or changeable drain and source
just update firmware, and good enough
