Built Cave Dweller 2 from https://www.madbeanpedals.com/EP/index.html.
On pins 7 and 8 of IC I have voltage range 0.6 - 0.75V depending of Delay pots position. Am I right guessing that this range of voltage is too low? If yes any suggestion how to fix it? Regards
