Title: Pork Barrel 2019 Jumpers

On the Pork Barrel 2019 there are two jumpers to set depending on whether a MN3007 or MN/V/BL3207 is used.  Looking at the data sheets for all four the pinouts are the same so why are the jumpers needed?

One expects positive voltage, the other negative relative to ground.
