Title: Lavache - Build or wait?
Post by: keysandguitars on November 27, 2011, 09:37:53 PM
I just etched a LaVache and sat down to start populating the board and saw that this project has a TBA. Does anyone know anything about this, is the circuit changing or is it just a new Madbean produced PCB? Guess I'll start on the Rainy Day Distortion instead  ;)

Last month, I asked about the size of the new fabbed pcb and Madbean said that more than likley it's going to be the same circuit and size as the etched PCB.

Cool, thanks guys. FYI- I just built and rocked the Rainy Day Distortion (Stone Grey)...BUILD IT!!! If you like a nice high gain gritty tight distortion, wow. Can't wait to box this one!

If you already have it etched, socket the tranny and build it as is. The resistors and caps are few, you could socket the diodes if you wanted to...........

I built one, and it put a HUGE smile on my face! It is a blast!!
