Title: Finishing an enclosure
Post by: Jyka on February 07, 2021, 10:15:54 AM
Hello, I ve just purschase some Madbean PCB ( Electric Mistress, Memory Man, Rat and Big Muff )

I m just asking question about finishing the paint job with some bomb.

First a primer, second the color and to finish varnish.

Is that correct ?

I'm sure there are other things out there that would work well too but I'll just throw this out there.
I've had pretty good luck using this as a primer / base coat:

There are some spray paints that claim to be paint & primer in one but this stuff is formulated specifically for use on aluminum.
I just make sure the enclosures are super clean before getting started and they usually turn out pretty good.
